Answering some questions you may have
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not offer international shipping. Our full range of products is located here online and only some products available in selected stockist stores/salons.
What are your payment options?
When purchasing our kits in store you may use either card or cash. When purchasing online you may only use a debit or credit card. All of your purchases are safe and encrypted to ensure no card hacking can occur.
Keep an eye out for some promo codes or deals via our instagram!
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind for hygiene purposes. If you have ordered online for delivery and the item is delivered to you damaged or pieces are missing we may offer a credit or exchange on a case by case basis.
How do I apply your nails?
All of the details you need to apply your press on nails correctly is included within your boxes!
Included in your kit is 24 nail pieces of different sizes, a recyclable cuticle pusher, a nail file, a business card and instruction card. **Please note glue and adhesive stickers sold separately**
How do I ensure a long retention of my set?
To ensure your nails last between 2-4 weeks there are a few points you should be mindful of! These are:
~ Do not soak your hands in water for at least 2 hours after applying set
~ Avoid using chemicals and oils on your hands (Moisturiser is okay)
~ Regularly apply cuticle oil to your fingers and massage in
~ Apply a clear top coat at least once a week to keep your set looking fresh
~ Do NOT use your nails as tools darlings! They are not designed for you to have a portable screwdriver or box opener as a finger!
~ It is recommended to use gloves while cooking/cleaning/sterilising while wearing your set.
